Manager, Client Tech Strategy

Summary

As a Manager on the Client Tech Strategy team, you will lead delivery of digital capabilities that support client engagement across the Fashion division. You will translate business priorities into structured project plans and business requirements, coordinating cross-functional work streams to drive advisor-facing applications and next-generation clienteling tools from concept through implementation. The role partners closely with Fashion Marketing, Client Engagement, Digital, and Tech to ensure strategic goals are delivered through technology.

• Drive end-to-end project planning, execution, and monitoring, aligning milestones with business objectives.
• Define project scope, capture business requirements, and develop documentation such as process flows and user stories.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, facilitate workshops, and serve as central point of communication for project status and risks.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks; develop and implement mitigation strategies with Tech partners.
• Maintain project governance and documentation in Jira and Confluence and prepare status updates and presentations for leadership.

• 5+ years of project management experience leading cross-functional business and technology initiatives.
• Proven stakeholder management and strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience translating business needs into requirements and supporting solution design discussions.
• High proficiency with Microsoft 365; experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) preferred; project management certification preferred.
• Ability to work hybrid with a minimum of three days per week in the New York City office and interest in luxury fashion and client experience innovation.
