Good is looking for a Growth Operations Specialist to own the operational backbone of our agency — keeping client projects on track, teams accountable, and our internal systems clean, compliant, and running efficiently. This role sits at the intersection of project management, account operations, and systems administration. You’ll work across every client pod to ensure nothing falls through the cracks: from sprint planning and delivery timelines to time tracking hygiene in Toggl, workspace organization in Click Up, and platform security compliance.
You’re equal parts process-builder and enforcer — the person who brings structure without slowing teams down.
- 1–2+ years in project management, agency operations, or growth/marketing operations — agency experience strongly preferred
- Proven ability to manage concurrent projects across multiple clients or teams without losing detail or velocity
- Hands‑on experience with Click Up (or comparable PM tools like Asana, Monday) — you know how to build and maintain clean workspace structures, not just use them
- Familiarity with time tracking platforms (Toggl or similar) and the operational discipline to enforce adoption across a team
- Working knowledge of SaaS platform security, access management, and compliance basics (SSO, role‑based permissions, offboarding protocols, audit trails)
- Technical fluency — you can navigate APIs, integrations, and tools without needing an engineer to hold your hand, and you know when to elevate
- Strong communication skills with the ability to hold people accountable without creating friction
- Experience interfacing with clients or supporting account management functions — you understand what client‑facing delivery looks like under the hood
- Comfort operating in a fast‑moving, ambiguous environment where you often have to build the process and then run it
- Bonus: experience in a growth marketing, performance media, or data‑driven agency environment
- Own project management across all active client engagements — maintaining Click Up work spaces, sprint structures, task hygiene, and delivery timelines in partnership with growth leads
- Enforce and maintain time tracking compliance across the team in Toggl — building reporting, flagging gaps, and working with leadership to keep data accurate and complete
- Audit and maintain Click Up spaces on an ongoing basis — ensuring naming conventions, task statuses, and folder structures are consistent and usable across pods
- Build and maintain internal SOPs for project intake, status reporting, and delivery workflows so the team operates from a single playbook
- Serve as the internal point of contact for platform security and access management — owning onboarding/offboarding protocols, permission audits, and SSO/2FA compliance across the tool stack
- Partner with account leads to surface project risks, capacity issues, and timeline slippage before they become client problems
- Support internal reporting on team utilization, project health, and delivery metrics for leadership visibility
- Identify operational inefficiencies and build automations or process improvements to reduce manual overhead (in Make, Zapier, or native platform tooling)
- Act as a connective layer between the Growth Systems & Engineering team and client‑facing pods — translating operational needs into system requirements and vice versa
- Contribute…
