Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Developer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support Oracle Fusion HCM integrations, reports, workflows, and extensions.
• Build and maintain solutions using HDL, HCM Extracts, HCM REST APIs, BI Publisher (BIP), OTBI, Fast Formulas, and ESS.
• Develop customizations and personalizations using Visual Builder Studio (VBS), Redwood UI, Design Studio, Page Composer, and Application Composer.
• Create complex BIP and OTBI reports to meet business requirements.
• Troubleshoot production issues and support quarterly Oracle Cloud updates and testing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and Oracle Support to resolve technical issues.
• Maintain technical documentation and best practices.

• 5+ years of hands‑on Oracle Fusion HCM development experience.
• Strong expertise in Benefits and Absence modules, including underlying data structures.
• Experience developing HIPAA‑compliant integrations.
• Extensive experience with:
  • HDL
  • HCM Extracts
  • BIP & OTBI Reports
  • Fast Formulas
  • HCM REST APIs
  • Workflows & ESS
  • Visual Builder Studio (VBS) and Redwood UI
• Strong SQL and PL/SQL skills with experience troubleshooting complex queries.
• Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

• Experience with Payroll, Time & Labor, and Recruiting modules.
• Experience building integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
