Manager of Technology Controls

Job Description

Sparks Group has partnered with an established financial services organization to identify a Manager of Technology Controls. As the Manager of Technology Controls, you will be responsible for assessing risk management and control as well as collect information and artifacts regarding control execution to support the management of RCSA (Risk & Control Self-Assessment), audits, and examinations.

• Manage and assess in‑business risks & controls for Infrastructure and Software Development teams
• Perform RCSA testing and facilitate audit readiness by compiling risk & control information
• Analyze metrics, identify areas for improvement, and collaborate on implementing enhancements to technology risk management
• Conduct independent process reviews and track & report on risk mitigation efforts

• Bachelor’s degree in business or an information technology‑related field
• 5+ years’ experience in technology in a highly regulated industry
• Experience in analyzing or managing technical processes such as network, server, or mainframe systems administration
