Summary
Hands-on Senior Analyst responsible for driving optimization, experimentation, and analytics across the eCommerce business. Owns experimentation strategy and execution while building measurement frameworks and dashboards to turn data into clear, actionable recommendations that improve conversion, revenue, margin, and customer value. Partners closely with E-commerce, Product, UX, Technology, CRM, Performance Marketing, and Data Engineering to ensure tests are statistically sound and insights drive business decisions.
Responsibilities- Monitor eCommerce performance and analyze funnel metrics across Homepage, PLP, PDP, cart, checkout, search, merchandising, and personalization.
- Design, launch, QA, analyze, and report on A/B and multivariate experiments end-to-end.
- Build and maintain an experimentation intake, prioritization process, and roadmap of active and completed tests.
- Develop measurement plans, event tracking, attribution alignment, and dashboards to surface trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Translate analysis into practical recommendations for merchandising, UX, content, promotions, and personalization.
- Evaluate personalization and recommendation performance and identify opportunities to improve product discovery and customer experience.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in analytics, digital optimization, experimentation, or related fields; luxury retail and eCommerce experience preferred.
- Strong SQL skills with experience in Snowflake, Big Query, Redshift, or similar data warehouses.
- Deep knowledge of experimentation fundamentals including sample sizing, power, holdouts, incrementality, and multivariate testing.
- Experience with onsite testing and personalization platforms such as Optimizely, Adobe Target, AB Tasty, or Dynamic Yield.
- Familiarity with web analytics and BI tools such as GA4, Adobe Analytics, Looker, Sigma, or Tableau.
- Proven ability to turn ambiguous business questions into structured analyses, communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders, and own cross-functional projects end-to-end.
