Systems Administrator, IT Support

The Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Enterprise Infrastructure Engineer to support our Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and their assistants (EAs) based out of our NYC office. This role is crucial in ensuring the seamless functioning of IT infrastructure, providing technical support for audio and visual conference rooms, and maintaining a high level of service for our executives.
Key Responsibilities- Support and manage audio and visual conference rooms, including troubleshooting and maintaining equipment.
- Support all Executive Leadership meetings that require audio and visual capabilities.
- Provide hands‑on support for complex IT issues, including hardware, software, networking, and other technology‑related challenges faced by the Executive Leadership Team.
- Ensure timely and effective resolution of incidents and service requests.
- Maintain a knowledge base of common issues and resolutions specific to executive support and audio‑visual functions.
- Knowledge and experience with supporting Cisco Webex, MS Teams, and video‑conferencing technologies.
- Assist in the development and implementation of IT strategies that align with organizational goals and enhance the technology experience for the Executive Leadership Team.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and technology enhancements.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and trends to recommend innovative solutions.
- Ensure IT operations comply with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage the security of IT systems and data, including regular updates and vulnerability assessments.
- Collaborate with the security team to address any identified risks.
- Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in IT infrastructure management, technical support, or a related role.
- Proven experience in supporting high‑level executives and their teams.
- Strong technical background with expertise in IT infrastructure, networking, and system administration.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to handle complex technical issues.
- Experience with audio and visual conference room support.
- Proficiency in Cisco Webex, MS Teams, and video‑conferencing technologies.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with executive leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Knowledge of ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.
This position requires a presence in the office five days a week to provide direct support to the Executive Leadership Team. It may also require some after‑hours or weekend work to address critical issues or complete major projects.
CompensationThe expected salary range for this position is $73,500 - $98,000. This role may also be eligible for annual short‑term incentive compensation. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.
