Strategic Operations Associate

Location: New York

Strategic Operations Associate Everyday Health Consumer is seeking a Strategic Operations Associate to join our Strategic Enablement and Performance Operations team. This unique team is responsible for managing Everyday Health’s owned and operated site inventory, campaign set up, and strategic optimizations which drive the success of campaigns and the overall business. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver who enjoys connecting the dots and is eager to contribute to a broad range of subject areas on a highly collaborative team.

Attention to detail, willingness to learn, and ability to garner actionable insights from data are a must!

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with internal stakeholders to manage and maintain campaign information as the central source of truth for internal tracking

Forecast available inventory and book campaigns to align with set up best practices

Monitor and track campaign delivery, escalating for optimizations as needed based on client KPIsLeverage reporting tools (e.g. Salesforce, Google Ad Manager, Google Analytics, Campaign Manager 360, Double Verify) for internal analysis

Troubleshoot ad-hoc campaign or data-related issues, collaborating with internal team members to provide strategic solutions

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree1-2+ years work experience

Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets Comfortable working with data and numbers

Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills

Proactive – self-motivated, problem-solver, detail-oriented, and team player who has a willingness to learn

Ability to prioritize daily tasks with minimal intervention
