• Oversee and manage the company's IT infrastructure, including network, hardware, software, and security systems.
• Maintain and optimize the Cisco Meraki network environment.
• Ensure reliability and performance of Reynolds and Reynolds DMS.
• Administer and manage Google Workspace, including user accounts, security settings, and collaboration tools.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of IT professionals; assign tasks, set performance goals, and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Manage multiple IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
• Track project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for complex IT issues.
• Implement and maintain IT support processes to ensure timely resolution of user issues.
• Monitor and respond to IT incidents, minimizing downtime and disruption.
• Develop and implement IT strategies that align with the organization's business goals.
• Stay updated on the latest technology trends and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and security.
• Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including executive management.
• Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide appropriate solutions.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management or a similar role.
• Proven experience with Cisco Meraki, Reynolds and Reynolds DMS, and Google Workspace.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, network management, and cybersecurity.
• Excellent people management and leadership skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Cisco, Google, Okta) are a plus.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Proactive, self‑motivated, and results‑oriented.

Work environment will be largely a car dealership environment. Regular travel between 6 dealership locations is to be expected; 5 dealerships are close together and the 6th is approximately a 20‑minute drive in Rome, NY.
