The salary is to 75k.
New IT Support / Desktop Support Specialist full-time position.
- Will be responsible to provide IT Desktop Support, with experience supporting with Windows and some MAC.
- Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, Desktops, infrastructure, mobile devices, A/V, etc.
- Understanding of Network protocols.
- Support in person, by phone and by email.
- Environment consists of:
Desktops, Laptops, PC's, Mobile Devices, Active Directory, Systems, Windows, Azure, MS Teams, O365, Networks, Routers, Switches, iPhone, Android, etc.
