Senior Machine Learning Engineer
- Series A AI Health Tech Startup
- Hybrid in NYC

The role is offered onsite 4 days a week in Mid-Town NYC and will offer a competitive base salary of up to $220k (depending on experience) plus generous equity, 8 weeks PTO and other benefits.

My client is an early-stage, rapidly expanding Series A Health Tech Startup who’re hiring for a Senior ML Engineer in NYC. This is a fantastic opportunity to build a product (that will revolutionize the Healthcare sector by lowering claim costs) from the ground up.

Full job requirements:

• 5+ years of professional experience in ML engineering (building out ML Models using LLM's, RAG etc.)
• Experience with Large Language Models, Retrieval Augmented Generation and associated technologies.
• Strong expertise in a programming language such as Python, Go, Java, C++, with experience in building and maintaining production systems.
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or another equivalent cloud platform.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable, performant, and secure backend systems.
