UX Designer

Fundbox is a growing fintech company on a mission to democratize access to capital for small businesses. They’re looking for a talented UX Designer to join their team and shape the future of their products.

• Design intuitive and engaging experiences for mobile and desktop apps.
• Collaborate with various teams (product, marketing, engineering) to ensure designs meet user needs and business goals.
• Manage the design process from start to finish.
• Conduct user research and testing to improve the customer experience.
• Help establish and promote UX best practices across the company.
• Educate and mentor team members on user‑centered design.
• Maintain a central library of UX/UI assets and guidelines.

• Have experience in fintech or financial services.
• Enjoy working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
• Love problem‑solving, experimentation, and using creative design thinking.

• 3-4 years of UX design experience.
• Proficiency in design software (especially Figma).
• A strong portfolio showcasing UX design projects for mobile and desktop.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with user research and usability testing.
• The ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field.

• Competitive salary ($125,000 – $165,000 base
