Senior Dev Ops Engineer (Founding Engineer)

We are hiring a Senior Dev Ops Engineer as a founding engineer to build and own the cloud foundation of a healthcare technology platform. You will be the first dedicated Dev Ops hire and will define infrastructure, reliability, and delivery practices from the ground up. Google Cloud Platform is the core technology and deep GCP experience is required.
What you will do- Own and operate the production GCP environment end to end
- Establish infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, and observability from scratch
- Drive reliability, incident response, disaster recovery, and cost optimization
- Partner closely with engineering as the platform scales
- Support SOC 2 and HIPAA through strong infrastructure design
- 5+ years in Dev Ops, SRE, or platform engineering
- Deep, hands‑on Google Cloud Platform experience in production (required)
- Infrastructure‑as‑code experience built from the ground up
- Comfort operating as a founding or first Dev Ops engineer
- Experience in regulated environments
- Google Cloud certification
- $180-220 + Bonus
