About the Role

We are seeking a Manager, Digital DTC Product to support and execute the global digital product roadmap for a rapidly growing direct-to-consumer (DTC) eCommerce business. This role will focus on optimizing the online customer journey, improving user experience, driving conversion rate growth, and leveraging data-driven insights to enhance website performance.

The ideal candidate is passionate about eCommerce, product management, analytics, and customer experience, with the ability to collaborate across technical, business, and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities Platform & Product Management
  • Manage and maintain the global eCommerce platform and digital product roadmap.
  • Coordinate with technical teams, developers, and business stakeholders to implement new features and enhancements.
  • Ensure website functionality aligns with business goals and customer expectations.
  • Support ongoing platform improvements and technical best practices.
Customer Experience & Conversion Optimization
  • Analyze the end-to-end customer journey and identify opportunities to reduce friction and improve conversion rates.
  • Develop, execute, and evaluate A/B tests and user experience experiments.
  • Collaborate with content and marketing teams to optimize landing pages and product detail pages.
  • Drive continuous improvements based on customer behavior and performance data.
Analytics & Performance Monitoring
  • Utilize web analytics and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
  • Monitor website KPIs and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and recommend best-in-class digital experiences and functionality.
  • Translate complex data into meaningful business recommendations.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Governance
  • Partner with regional and global stakeholders to ensure consistent digital experiences.
  • Support auditing and compliance processes related to digital and eCommerce standards.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing, best practices, and implementation tracking across teams.

    Provide structured feedback and recommendations to support ongoing optimization efforts.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 1–2+ years of experience in Product Management, Digital Product, eCommerce, or related fields.
  • Experience with website optimization, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) preferred.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) and Google Analytics is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional digital customer experiences.
