Position: Martech / Cordial - Manager
Location: New York

Leading Fashion brand conglomerate is looking for an experienced Martech enablement manager to support 2 brands.
Martech Enablement Manager role designed to support global lifecycle marketing operations for 2 fashion brands

The position serves as a critical bridge between marketing technology platforms and brand teams, ensuring continuity during a major migration to the Cordial platform while strengthening long-term enablement capabilities.

At a strategic level, the role focuses on lifecycle marketing enablement across multiple regions, including North America, Europe, Japan, and ANZ. The manager is expected to participate in brand planning sessions, align vendor capabilities with business priorities, and act as the primary point of contact for platform-related questions, particularly regarding Cordial and Tulip. A key component involves supporting audience segmentation efforts by leveraging CDP tools and SQL expertise to translate data into actionable marketing use cases.

Operationally, the role ensures day-to-day continuity of clienteling programs. Responsibilities include producing monthly performance scorecards, sharing insights from marketing tests, facilitating cross-brand collaboration, and identifying automation opportunities to improve efficiency. The manager also monitors platform adoption across regions, addressing under utilization and resolving adoption barriers through training and enablement initiatives. Close coordination with vendors and internal teams helps ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing education.

From a martech operations standpoint, the role supports the migration of customer data and tagging processes from Amperity to C360. This involves troubleshooting platform issues, aligning business and technical requirements, and maintaining project tracking systems to manage priorities and timelines.

Finally, the role manages relationships with key vendors, overseeing product updates, pilot programs, and feedback loops, while promoting best practices globally. Candidates are expected to have strong martech experience, technical fluency in CDPs and SQL, and the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of martech enablement experience supporting CRM and personalization programs (Cordial experience required)
  • Hands-on product management experience managing clienteling platforms (strongly preferred)
  • Proven expertise in audience builds, CDP platforms, and SQL – able to translate technical data attributes into business use cases
  • Experience managing platform migrations and cross-functional technical projects is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills across technical, regional and leadership teams
