We are seeking a strategic, data-savvy Manager of Performance Marketing - Display & Video to lead our programmatic and video advertising efforts across You Tube, Google Display Network, and Connected TV (CTV). While this role is not hands-on-keyboard, it requires a deep understanding of the programmatic ecosystem and strong experience managing DSP partners.

This individual will be instrumental in guiding the strategy, execution, and optimization of campaigns through external vendors. They will also be a key stakeholder in our upcoming DSP RFP process, helping select and build our next programmatic partnership. Comfort working in GA4 to assess campaign performance, attribution, and actionable insights is essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead performance strategy and oversight for all display and video campaigns across You Tube, GDN, CTV, and external DSPs.
  • Manage our DSP partner relationship—holding vendors accountable for execution, pacing, targeting, and performance.
  • Support the DSP RFP process, evaluating platforms and ensuring the selected vendor aligns with business goals.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop platform-optimized, high-performing video and display assets.
  • Define and refine audience strategies for all stages of the funnel - from brand awareness to conversion.
  • Review and synthesize performance data using GA4, Looker Studio, and DSP reporting to guide optimizations and share results with stakeholders.
  • Conduct creative and audience A/B testing through vendor-managed platforms.
  • Work cross-functionally with product, analytics, and lifecycle teams to ensure seamless tracking and attribution.
Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on video, display, or programmatic media.
  • Demonstrated experience managing external DSP providers; understanding of DSP capabilities, limitations and best practices.
  • Strong grasp of the programmatic advertising landscape, including real-time bidding, data targeting & CTV platforms.
  • Proficiency in GA4 and a strong understanding of performance marketing KPIs (ROAS, CPA, LTV, etc.).
  • Analytical mindset with experience using Looker Studio, Excel/Google Sheets, and other performance dashboards.
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator; able to translate data into strategic direction and cross-functional feedback.
  • Bonus:
    Experience in retail, luxury, or DTC industries.

Base pay range: $110,000 - $130,000. Final pay rate shall be determined and is based on experience and qualifications.
