Job Summary

Oversee and manage the end-to-end operations for a US based retail bank.

• Operational oversight: ensure high availability and performance by managing daily operations, monitoring systems, and resolving issues.
• Lead the operations team in incident management, aging, ticket analysis, and service improvement plans.
• Strategic project management: plan capacity, technology upgrades, and coordinate large installations.
• Collaborate with IT, security, and facilities to support business continuity.
• Liaise with client stakeholders and manage the relationship.
• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex infrastructure projects, including network, server, storage, and security implementations.
• Define project scope, timelines, budget, and resource allocation.
• Monitor progress against KPIs, SLAs, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Manage dependencies and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
• Build and manage a high‑performing team of infrastructure engineers, providing mentorship and fostering collaboration.
• Develop team capabilities through training and skill development initiatives.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
• Provide technical guidance on complex issues.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and implement QA processes to address potential issues early on.

• 15 to 18+ years of experience.
• Preferred bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure delivery with a proven track record of managing complex projects.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing (AWS), networking, storage, and security technologies; prior experience in DC operations, migrations, and transformation projects.
• Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and budget control.
• Proven leadership abilities to motivate and guide technical professionals.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in cross‑functional teams.

• Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS), network design, data center operations, server virtualization, and security protocols.
• Staying updated on emerging trends and technologies in the infrastructure landscape.

Salary range: $100,000 to $173,500.
