Data Analyst, Business Systems & Technology Analysis
Skeps is a blockchain-based SaaS company transforming how lenders and merchants connect to help consumers finance the things that matter most. We’re looking for a data‑driven and curious Product Analyst who can turn product data into actionable insights and help shape better user experiences across our platform. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Engineering, and Business – ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, working with data, and influencing product decisions.
Responsibilities- Develop a deep understanding of product workflows and data capture across the lending lifecycle (application, underwriting, approval, billing) to ensure accurate and reliable analytics.
- Build, maintain, and automate dashboards and reports for key product metrics such as funnel performance, approval rates, billing metrics, and feature adoption.
- Analyze user behaviour and product data to identify trends, anomalies, and conversion drop-offs, and provide actionable insights to improve product performance.
- Define success metrics and support the design, execution, and analysis of product experiments (e.g., A/B testing).
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to translate business questions into structured analytical frameworks and deliver data‑driven recommendations.
- Ensure data quality and consistency across reporting systems and proactively identify gaps in tracking or instrumentation.
- 2–5 years of experience in product analytics, business analytics, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with large datasets.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of product metrics, experimentation frameworks, and user behaviour analysis.
- Experience working with APIs, event tracking, and modern data stacks is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Base Pay Range: $50,000 – $105,000 per year
