Location: New York

A venture-backed technology company developing AI-native products for next-generation web interaction is seeking a founding Account Executive to help bring a new category of AI infrastructure to market.

This role focuses on selling an AI-native platform that enables autonomous agents and human teams to securely interact with the web, execute workflows, and operate across complex enterprise environments. Working closely with the CEO and founding team, you will help define the early sales motion, identify high-value customer segments, and convert early market interest into repeatable revenue.

This is a hands-on, early-stage role suited to someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys building from first principles, and has a strong track record selling technical products into enterprise customers.

Responsibilities
  • Own full-cycle enterprise sales from prospecting and discovery through technical evaluation, negotiation, and close.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of target accounts across AI-native companies, technical teams, and enterprise buyers.
  • Work closely with the CEO to refine ICP, messaging, positioning, and early sales playbooks.
  • Lead customer discovery to understand workflows, technical requirements, security considerations, and business value.
  • Run high-quality outbound campaigns and create demand in a new and emerging product category.
  • Partner with product and engineering teams to translate customer feedback into product and GTM insights.
  • Navigate complex sales cycles involving technical, security, product, operations, and executive stakeholders.
  • Help establish early sales processes, CRM discipline, forecasting, qualification, and repeatable GTM motions.
  • Represent the company with credibility in conversations around AI agents, automation, enterprise workflows, and secure web interaction.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with proven success in quota-carrying AE roles.
  • Strong track record selling technical products into enterprise or emerging enterprise customers
  • Experience in AI, automation, data infrastructure, developer tools, cloud, security, workflow orchestration, or related technical categories.
  • Proven ability to self-source pipeline and run outbound-led sales motions.
  • Proven experience selling to technical and executive buyers, including CTOs, CIOs, CISOs, Heads of AI, data, engineering, automation, or operations.
  • Experience managing technical evaluations, pilots, POCs, security reviews, procurement, and multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Strong business judgment, curiosity, and ability to translate technical capabilities into clear customer value.
  • Comfortable operating in an early-stage, founder-led environment with limited structure and high ownership.
