Our Go-To-Market (GTM) Analytics team plays a critical role in enabling data-driven decision-making across Wiz. As Wiz continues to scale as part of Google Cloud, the need for actionable insights, reliable data foundations, and data-driven strategies has never been greater.
We are seeking a highly motivated, AI-forward individual to join the GTM Analytics team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, GTM Analytics, the Senior GTM Data Analyst will act as a dedicated analytics business partner - owning core models, dashboards, ad hoc analyses, and insights that help drive execution and strategic priorities forward.
In this role, you’ll work closely with senior and executive stakeholders to surface the data they need to make smarter, faster, and more strategic decisions. The strongest candidates will have strong analytical instincts, curiosity, judgment, and the initiative to learn quickly, experiment with new tools, and create leverage beyond the boundaries of a traditional analytics role.

WHAT YOU’LL DO- Serve as a primary analytics partner to GTM leadership, helping shape business questions, define requirements, and deliver insights that influence strategic and operational decisions.
- Build, maintain, and improve dashboards, self-service reporting, and analytical tools that give stakeholders fast, accurate visibility into performance, trends, and opportunities.
- Own and improve core data models and pipelines, using tools such as dbt to develop well-structured, reliable, and scalable datasets that power GTM analytics.
- Partner with IT, BI, Data, Operations, Finance, and Business teams to strengthen data infrastructure, improve data quality, and align on standardized metrics, definitions, and methodologies.
- Conduct advanced analytical work, including exploratory deep dives, statistical analysis, regressions, segmentation, funnel analysis, and other methods that surface actionable recommendations.
- Use AI and modern analytical tools to increase the speed, quality, and scope of your work, from analysis and documentation to prototyping, automation, and data exploration.
- Represent Analytics in cross-functional initiatives, proactively identifying opportunities to improve workflows, automate repetitive work, and build scalable solutions that create leverage for the broader team.
- 3–4+ years of experience in analytics, data operations, consulting, business intelligence, revenue operations, or a similar data‑focused role.
- Strong analytical fundamentals, including advanced SQL skills and experience working with complex datasets, data models, dashboards, and reporting systems.
- Clear communication and business judgment, with the ability to translate ambiguous business problems and complex analyses into actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.
- Curiosity and technical adaptability, including interest in learning new tools, experimenting with AI‑enabled workflows, and expanding into areas like Python or modern analytical modeling.
