Super Dial is building the next generation of AI-powered voice technology — automating and enhancing enterprise communication through real-time conversation intelligence and data-driven automation. We recently raised our Series B and are entering the next phase of scale as we continue expanding our enterprise footprint and AI platform capabilities.

The Role:

We are seeking a highly hands-on, business-oriented General Counsel to build and lead Super Dial’s legal function during a pivotal stage of growth. This is a foundational leadership role for someone who thrives as a true player-coach — equally comfortable operating as a strategic advisor to leadership and rolling up their sleeves to handle day-to-day legal execution.

You will personally own and drive a broad range of legal matters across commercial contracting, healthcare compliance, employment, governance, fundraising support, and operational risk management, while building the systems and processes needed to scale the company responsibly.

What You’ll Do (Immediate & Long-Term):
First 30–60 Days:
  • Audit current legal, compliance, and contracting processes
  • Review enterprise customer agreements, vendor contracts, employment documentation, BAAs, and IP protections
  • Build relationships across Product, Engineering, GTM, Finance, and Leadership
  • Assess key legal and operational risks across healthcare, AI, privacy, and enterprise software
  • Begin standardizing commercial agreement templates and negotiation workflows
  • Establish outside counsel management processes and legal prioritization framework
90–120 Days:
  • Personally draft, review, and negotiate enterprise customer agreements, vendor contracts, partnership agreements, NDAs, BAAs, and employment-related documentation
  • Build scalable legal review, approval, and contracting processes to support rapid enterprise growth
  • Partner closely with GTM and Sales teams to accelerate deal cycles while appropriately managing risk
  • Support board governance, financing diligence, and strategic company initiatives
  • Advise Product and Engineering teams on AI governance, HIPAA/privacy considerations, data usage, and compliance frameworks
  • Implement practical policies and processes that balance speed, scalability, and risk management
6 Months:
  • Build the legal infrastructure necessary to support continued scaling and enterprise expansion
  • Develop playbooks and operational processes across commercial legal, employment, healthcare compliance, and corporate governance
  • Manage outside counsel across corporate, employment, IP, regulatory, and strategic matters while maintaining efficient legal spend
  • Support strategic partnerships, procurement, and potential M&A or expansion opportunities
  • Improve company-wide legal operations, documentation, and internal enablement
Year 1:
  • Establish a scalable, high-performing legal function aligned with company growth
  • Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to leadership and the board
  • Help position the company for long-term scale, operational maturity, and future financing events
  • Build systems that enable the company to move quickly while maintaining strong legal and ethical foundations
  • Create a proactive legal and compliance culture that supports innovation and enterprise trust

About You:
  • 10+ years of legal experience, including significant experience advising high-growth technology companies
  • Combination of top law firm training and in-house startup or growth-stage experience strongly preferred
