UX Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled UX Architect to lead user experience design initiatives across web and mobile platforms.

This role involves conducting user research, developing design artifacts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive and accessible digital experiences.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio, deep understanding of user-centered design principles, and experience working in Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research through surveys, interviews, and usability testing to identify user needs and pain points.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design concepts.
• Create user flows, journey maps, and information architecture to define product functionality and usability.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth design-to-development handoff.
• Conduct design reviews and iterate based on stakeholder and user feedback.
• Maintain design consistency through design systems and style guides.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance user experience.
• Ensure usability and accessibility standards are met across all platforms.

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing work across web and mobile platforms.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present and explain design decisions.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with Agile teams and understanding Agile workflows.

• Experience in consulting and working with senior-level clients.
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and adapt to changing requirements.
• Strong understanding of interface design principles including navigation, architecture, typography, color, and layout.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
