Role Summary

We are looking for a Solutions Engineer to join our growing North America team. This role is ideal for technically skilled professionals who thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy collaborating directly with customers. You’ll play a key role in onboarding and implementing Bio Catch's anti‑fraud solutions across web and mobile applications, primarily for leading financial institutions. As a member of the global Solutions & Operations team, you will lead technical projects, provide integration support, conduct workshops, and work closely with cross‑functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Data Science, Engagement, and Threat Analysis, to deliver value to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the technical onboarding and implementation of Bio Catch solutions for new customers and partners.
  • Manage end‑to‑end project execution, including planning, timelines, coordination, and issue resolution.
  • Act as the technical point of contact for clients, translating complex requirements into actionable integration steps.
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders (executives, project managers, developers) to ensure seamless solution deployment.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues across web and mobile environments, leveraging analytical skills and tools.
  • Contribute to internal documentation, best practices, and client‑facing technical workshops.
  • Partner with internal teams to continuously enhance solution delivery and customer experience.
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Systems Integration, or Professional Services for SaaS platforms.
  • Strong project management skills with a keen eye for timelines, cross‑functional collaboration, risk management, and follow‑through.
  • Proven customer‑facing experience, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Node.js, React, Angular, PHP, Python, etc.
  • Self‑starter with strong problem‑solving and technical troubleshooting abilities.
  • An analytical mindset with experience using analytics or BI tools to investigate and resolve issues. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Mobile development experience:
    React Native, Swift, Kotlin, Java, Flutter, Ionic, etc.
  • Familiarity with big data platforms/tools: SQL, Splunk, Elastic, Snowflake, etc.
  • Experience working with large‑scale enterprise or financial institutions.
  • Experience conducting technical training or leading customer workshops.
  • Background in project management, including planning, execution, and delivery.
Salary Range

115k – 138k
