Location: New York
Mind Spring Partners LLC is hiring a Technical Support Specialist (Level II) for their Deskside IT team in New York City. This urgent role requires full onsite work from Monday to Friday, 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM over an initial 3-month contract.
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree, 2+ years of IT support experience, and excellent client service skills. Responsibilities include troubleshooting Windows OS and providing high-quality support for end-user technologies.
