We’re looking for a hands‑on Mar Tech Analyst to help execute and support the systems behind our marketing and sales data. This role sits at the intersection of data, marketing tech, and analytics. You’ll help manage key tools, support data pipelines, and help turn messy data into something teams can actually use. ResponsibilitiesBuild & Maintain Data Infrastructure
- Support and maintain data pipelines across marketing, retail, and analytics platforms (APIs, ingestion, transformations)
- Help structure and maintain data in platforms like Big Query and Fabric
- Create clean, reliable datasets for reporting and analysis
- Troubleshoot and fix pipeline issues and data inconsistencies
- Support day‑to‑day management of platforms including Shopify, Klaviyo, Salsify, Google Tag Manager, and GA4
- Execute tracking setup, event configuration, QA, and debugging
- Support integrations across ad platforms (Meta, Google Ads) and retail platforms (Amazon, Walmart)
- Support ongoing improvements to the Mar Tech stack across DTC, retail, and paid media as the business grows
- Help build dashboards and reporting (Looker Studio, Power BI, etc.) that teams drive business impact.
- Support reporting, analyses, and data requests that help teams make decisions
- Ensure consistency in metrics and definitions across teams
- Help teams understand performance, especially marketing ROI and attribution
- Work closely with Marketing and Sales teams to support reporting, tracking, and operational needs
- Participate in cross‑functional and agency calls to support data and platform execution
- Help identify opportunities to improve measurement, processes, and systems
- Strong SQL skills and comfort working with large datasets
- 2–4 years of experience working with data pipelines, APIs, ETL processes, or analytics systems
- Experience with marketing and analytics tools (especially Shopify and Klaviyo)
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Looker Studio, or similar)
- Comfortable using AI tools to speed up development (especially Claude)
- Comfortable working from raw data to structured datasets and reporting outputs
- Comfortable working through incomplete or messy data
- Willing to debug systems and figure things out
- Scrappy and proactive — comfortable taking initiative and figuring things out
- Able to adapt to shifting priorities and evolving business needs
- Practical problem‑solver focused on making things work
Annual salary range starting at $85,000+
The disclosed salary range is commensurate with experience and does not reflect the total compensation package. Our associates have access to other valuable benefits that our Human Resources team is happy to share with candidates during the interview process.
