Senior Endur Support - Tier 1 proprietary trading fund ~$400,000 – Mondrian Alpha

This opportunity offers the chance to join one of the world’s leading proprietary trading businesses and partner with a technology team building the future of trading infrastructure. We are seeking a skilled support engineer to work with the Macro and Commodities trading teams;
Commodities and Endur experience is a must. The role focuses on ensuring stability, accuracy, and efficiency across trading and risk platforms.

• Manage user lifecycle processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and access changes.
• Configure account structures and instrument setups to generate accurate risk and trading analytics.
• Automate manual processes and design tools to improve efficiency and reduce operational risk.
• Partner with business stakeholders and technology teams to resolve incidents, communicate changes, and perform root cause analysis on critical issues.
• Experience supporting a commodities trading business.
• Previous exposure to Endur / Open Link systems.
• Strong SQL skills with the ability to query, analyse, and validate data.
• Solid knowledge of Windows, .NET, and SQL Server environments.
