Senior Statistical Engineer (Data & Revenue Analytics)

We’re looking for a Statistical Engineer who can own the full lifecycle of user data analytics from modeling and measurement to insight and monetization. This role sits at the intersection of data science, engineering, product, and revenue.
What You’ll Do- Design, build, and maintain statistical models and data pipelines that analyze user behavior, engagement, and outcomes
- Define and track key metrics across consumer, PRO, Finance Mode, and enterprise products
- Translate raw behavioral data into actionable insights for Product, Growth, and Sales
- Identify and develop monetizable data products, insights, and analytics offerings (while respecting privacy and compliance)
- Partner closely with Product and Growth to inform roadmap decisions and revenue strategy
- Build experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, cohort analysis, causal inference) to measure impact and ROI
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and statistical rigor across all analytics outputs
- Collaborate with Engineering to ensure scalable, performant data infrastructure
- Clearly communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- 6+ years of experience in Statistical Engineering, Data Science, Analytics Engineering, or similar roles
- Strong background in statistics, probability, and quantitative analysis
- Proven experience turning user data into business and revenue insights
- Ability to move from ambiguity to structured models and clear conclusions
- Experience working closely with Product, Growth, and Sales teams
- Strong communication skills and comfortable influencing senior stakeholders
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python (or similar analytical languages)
- Experience with experimentation, cohort analysis, attribution, and forecasting
- Familiarity with data modeling, pipelines, and analytics tooling (e.g., dbt, Airflow, Big Query, Snowflake, etc.)
- Understanding of privacy, anonymization, and responsible data monetization
- Experience working with large-scale user behavior datasets
- Experience in AI-driven, fintech, media, or data platform companies
- Familiarity with subscription, usage-based, or enterprise data monetization models
- Exposure to regulatory or compliance-sensitive data environments

As a Senior Statistical Engineer, you’ll help define how GNOMI turns insight into impact, shaping not just internal decisions, but entirely new revenue opportunities built on trust, transparency, and rigor.
- Salary Range: $160,000 – $210,000 (final offer based on experience and expertise)
