ROLE OVERVIEWAs an Information Security & Technical Operations Associate, you will work closely with our CISO, development and support teams, and clients to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve outstanding technical support issues with our web-based applications. You will also work with our Info Sec team to efficiently complete outstanding third party vendor and client assessments as well as assist in the audit, review, and optimization of Finsight operations around these requirements.
Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and follow robust procedures and policies to optimize the technical support of our platforms
- Create, troubleshoot, report, and resolve identified tickets or possible errors in a timely manner
- Connect and follow-up directly with clients, client IT teams, and third party vendors to ensure a timely and professional management of potential technical issues
- Provide internal stakeholders with a regular report of identified incidents of note and the state of their resolution, if applicable
- Work with support and development teams to identify, prioritize, and process required database query operations
- Assist in business acceptance testing and QA support ahead of scheduled releases
- Support in office network and device troubleshooting
- Manage, track, and provision internal hardware and software inventory for new and existing employees
- Ensure timely responses to all internal and external vendor assessment questions, documentation, and meetings
- Develop, implement, and follow robust procedures and policies to optimize the management of existing and future vendor assessments
- Maintain and improve our Vendor Assessment Notion and FAQ pages
- Collaborate closely with team members to document, standardize, and refine Technical support and Info Sec procedures, ensuring operational consistency
- Provide direct support to CISO and COO with relation to daily operations as needed
- At least 1 year of experience with client-facing support for SaaS products
- At least 3 months of MySQL/Post Gres experience
- Proficiency with Chrome Dev Tools, Google Sheets, Docs, Drive, Confluence/Notion, and Excel
- Experience working in Fin Tech or a highly regulated industry
- Familiarity with ticketing systems such as JIRA, Youtrack, etc
- Prior experience in responding to security questionnaires and vendor due diligence requests

- Base Salary: $68,000 annually
- 3-weeks of paid time off; 1-week paid sick leave
