A foundational data and reporting framework for Staff Selection 2.0 is delivered, comprising consolidated data and reporting requirements, documented data models, data field specifications for the technical build, contributions to standard operating procedures, and review of proposed changes to the recruitment platform in coordination with the Office of Information and Communications Technology (OICT). The deliverables establish the structures, standards and inputs that the future data and analysis function will operationalize, ensuring consistency, quality and reusability across recruitment processes.
By reviewing the new Staff Selection 2.0 process, providing input on proposed Change Requests to the recruitment platform, and ensuring the alignment of the inspira data warehouse with data and reporting requirements, the assignment ensures that future reporting, monitoring and analytical needs can be met from day one of Staff Selection 2.0 operations, avoiding costly retrofitting at later stages.
