Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, analytics, or business intelligence roles
- Strong communication skills with both managers and customers
- Strong proficiency in SQL 5+ years of experience in Business Analytics, Business Intelligence, Strategy & Operations, or related analytical roles
- Advanced SQL skills and experience with Looker, Big Query, or similar BI/data warehouse tools
- Experience building dashboards, KPI reporting frameworks, and data visualizations
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights and recommendations
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Experience with operational analytics, process optimization, and ROI/financial analysis
- Familiarity with ETL processes, data governance, and data quality best practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Data Science, or a related field
- Experience in automotive, rental, mobility, fleet management, fintech, SaaS, or operationally focused environments preferred
- We’re looking for a strategic and analytical Business Analyst to join our Rental Business Unit based in our Teaneck, NJ office
- In this role, you’ll partner cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, Product, Support, and Data teams to drive business performance, operational efficiency, and scalable growth through data-driven insights and strategic initiatives
- This position offers a unique opportunity to work directly with customers and external stakeholders, helping shape both operational strategy and client experience while influencing key business decisions across the organization
- Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, Product, Support, and Data teams to identify business opportunities, operational gaps, and scalable solutions
- Analyze large and complex datasets to uncover trends, risks, and actionable insights that drive business performance and customer outcomes
- Build and maintain dashboards, KPI reporting, and operational scorecards using SQL, Looker, Big Query, and other BI tools
- Lead ROI analysis, forecasting, business case development, and operational performance reviews to support strategic initiatives
- Drive process optimization across operational, customer support, and financial workflows to improve efficiency and scalability
- Collaborate with Product and Data teams on ETL processes, reporting requirements, and data quality initiatives
- Present clear, concise, and data-driven recommendations to stakeholders and leadership teams
- Support strategic decision-making by translating complex analytical findings into practical business actions
- Partner directly with customers and external stakeholders, offering a unique customer-facing opportunity to influence both operational strategy and client experience
- Help establish scalable reporting frameworks, operational best practices, and performance measurement standards as the Rental Business Unit continues to grow
