Position OverviewThe organization is seeking an Associate to join its Data & Technology team. This individual will play a key role in developing and enhancing core data infrastructure, internal tools, and reporting capabilities that support investment‑related and operational functions.
This position offers exposure across multiple areas of the business and requires close collaboration with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities Data Infrastructure & Management- Support the development and maintenance of centralized data systems and architecture
- Design and implement data pipelines to enable efficient reporting and analytics
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and accessibility across platforms
- Build and enhance internal tools to streamline workflows and business processes
- Contribute to automation initiatives aimed at improving efficiency and scalability
- Assist in integrating systems and improving connectivity across platforms
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions for internal stakeholders
- Partner with business teams to deliver insights that support decision‑making
- Support ad hoc data analysis and reporting needs
- Work closely with stakeholders across investment, operations, and finance teams to understand data needs
- Act as a bridge between technical teams and non‑technical users
- Contribute to best practices around data governance, process standardization, and documentation
- 2–5 years of experience in data, analytics, or technology roles within financial services or a related industry
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative or technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems)
- Proficiency in data querying and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, or similar)
- Experience working with data systems, reporting tools, and APIs
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and scalable data architecture
- Exposure to application or tool development is a plus
- Understanding of financial products, markets, or investment processes preferred
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Effective communication with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset
- Collaborative approach with strong interpersonal skills
