Location: New York
Insight Global is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join a biotech client's team in New York City. The role is onsite five days a week and involves providing front-line technical support to internal users. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day operations in a collaborative IT environment.
Responsibilities include managing support tickets, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with various teams. Required skills include at least 3 years of Tier II support experience, proficiency in Windows and MacOS, and familiarity with Fresh Service.
