IT SupportThe IT Support will report to the NYC IT Manager.
Job Requirements- Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, Computer Science or related field
- Previous experience working as an IT team member in a professional office environment
- Is organized, structured and detail‑oriented with a positive can‑do attitude
- Has a professional presence
- Is a good colleague and a team‑player
- Can multitask
- Demonstrates responsibility, innovation, integrity, dependability, self‑awareness and a good work ethic
- Is proactive and completes tasks with a sense of urgency

- Is fluent in English
- Troubleshooting and maintenance of desktops, laptops and all peripherals
- Set up of new desktops, laptops and peripherals
- Network troubleshooting and maintenance
- Server troubleshooting and maintenance
- Creating and deploying new software installations
- Remotely assist global offices
- Set up, maintenance, and troubleshooting of video conference software and hardware
- User support in all the above areas
- Documentation of the constantly changing software and hardware inventory
- Onboarding new employees

Base Salary: $50,000 – $55,000 depending on experience; overtime is non‑exempt.
