IT Support

The IT Support will report to the NYC IT Manager.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, Computer Science or related field
  • Previous experience working as an IT team member in a professional office environment
  • Is organized, structured and detail‑oriented with a positive can‑do attitude
  • Has a professional presence
  • Is a good colleague and a team‑player
  • Can multitask
  • Demonstrates responsibility, innovation, integrity, dependability, self‑awareness and a good work ethic
  • Is proactive and completes tasks with a sense of urgency

Job Responsibilities
  • Troubleshooting and maintenance of desktops, laptops and all peripherals
  • Set up of new desktops, laptops and peripherals
  • Network troubleshooting and maintenance
  • Server troubleshooting and maintenance
  • Creating and deploying new software installations
  • Remotely assist global offices
  • Set up, maintenance, and troubleshooting of video conference software and hardware
  • User support in all the above areas
  • Documentation of the constantly changing software and hardware inventory
  • Onboarding new employees

Compensation

Base Salary: $50,000 – $55,000 depending on experience; overtime is non‑exempt.
