Role OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support our delivery teams in planning, tracking, and executing software projects. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of hands‑on experience in a software services or IT company, understands agile delivery cycles, and can confidently manage multiple work streams simultaneously. You will work closely with Project Managers, engineering leads, QA, and clients to keep projects on track and stakeholders informed.
Key Responsibilities- Assist Project Managers in planning, scheduling, and tracking deliverables across one or more active software projects.
- Maintain project documentation including status reports, meeting notes, risk logs, action items, and sprint trackers.
- Coordinate between cross‑functional teams (development, QA, design, Dev Ops) to ensure timely resolution of dependencies and blockers.
- Facilitate daily standups, sprint ceremonies, and client update calls; document outcomes and follow up on open items.
- Monitor project timelines, flag schedule risks, and elevate issues to the PM or delivery lead when necessary.
- Manage and update project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Asana, or similar) with accurate, real‑time project data.
- Support resource planning by tracking team availability, leave schedules, and allocation against project needs.
- Assist in preparing client‑facing deliverables such as project status reports, demo notes, and change request logs.
- Coordinate onboarding of new team members onto active projects, ensuring access, tooling, and context are in place.
- Identify process gaps within delivery workflows and propose improvements in line with VF standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience as a Project Coordinator, Associate PM, or similar role within a software services or IT company.
- Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile/scrum methodologies.
- Proficiency with at least one project management tool:
Jira, Confluence, Asana, Trello, or Click Up. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; comfortable in client‑facing settings.
- Strong organizational skills with a track record of managing multiple projects or work streams simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver under deadline pressure.
- PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP, or Scrum certification (CSM, PSM) is a plus.
- Familiarity with resource management and capacity planning in a billable‑hours or T&M model.
- Exposure to client communication across international time zones (US, EU).
- Experience with Microsoft 365 suite and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint).
