Agile Business Analyst/Product Analyst

Position Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Product Analyst (Agile Business Analyst) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring that our agile E-mobility incentive projects align with business goals and deliver maximum value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirements Documentation:
  Collaborate with stakeholders to assist in gathering and document business requirements, ensuring clarity and completeness.
• User Stories:
  Create and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and ensure they are well-understood by the development team.
• Agile Facilitation:
  Support agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Backlog Management:
  Assist in prioritizing the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder needs.
• Process Improvement:
  Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Stakeholder Communication:
  Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the development team, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
• Data Analysis:
  Analyze data to provide insights and support decision‑making processes.
• Quality Assurance:
  Assist in defining and executing test plans to ensure deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Analyst/Business Analyst/Scrum Master in an agile environment.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in agile tools (e.g., Azure Dev Ops).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.

Preferred

Skills:

• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, PMI‑ACP).
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Knowledge of E‑mobility and electric vehicle charger programs a plus.
