Agile Business Analyst/Product Analyst
Position Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Product Analyst (Agile Business Analyst) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring that our agile E-mobility incentive projects align with business goals and deliver maximum value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirements Documentation:
Collaborate with stakeholders to assist in gathering and document business requirements, ensuring clarity and completeness. - User Stories:
Create and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and ensure they are well-understood by the development team. - Agile Facilitation:
Support agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, reviews, and retrospectives. - Backlog Management:
Assist in prioritizing the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder needs. - Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity. - Stakeholder Communication:
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the development team, facilitating effective communication and collaboration. - Data Analysis:
Analyze data to provide insights and support decision‑making processes. - Quality Assurance:
Assist in defining and executing test plans to ensure deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Analyst/Business Analyst/Scrum Master in an agile environment.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in agile tools (e.g., Azure Dev Ops).
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
Preferred
Skills:
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, PMI‑ACP).
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Knowledge of E‑mobility and electric vehicle charger programs a plus.
