Description
We are building a next $100bn initiative that shapes the future of shipping. Our team is constructing an emerging business to solve major logistics pain points globally.
What will you do?As a Senior Partnership Manager you will build, manage, and scale US partnerships. You will own end‑to‑end execution of external partnerships—from ideation and contracting to launch and ongoing partnership management—collaborating closely with product, business development, and tech teams.
Who are you?You are a highly autonomous professional with a blend of technical depth, business acumen, and strong interpersonal skills. You possess a proven track record of end‑to‑end ownership and delivering partnership deals in a fast‑paced environment. You are comfortable with executive communications, presentations, and influencing senior leadership. You have strong negotiation skills and are familiar with legal contracts and terms, strategic thinking, and execution.
Keyresponsibilities
- Execute new partnerships from contracting through launch.
- Manage day‑to‑day relationships with existing Amazon Shipping Partners up to C‑level.
- Onboard new integration partners, acting as a technical liaison between partners, product tech, sales, and support.
- Prepare and deliver partnership priorities outlining progress and roadblocks to senior management.
- Own strategy related to new partnership opportunities.
- Work with program and product/engineering teams to drive innovation of products and features.
- 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements.
- 5+ years of professional or military experience.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.
- Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience structuring and negotiating agreements and leading cross‑functional groups to orchestrate and successfully complete deals.
- Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations.
- Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements.
- Experience with APIs and technical integrations.
- Experience with in the parcel delivery segment.
