JR Recruiting is working with a client who is building the next generation of pet intelligence and preventive care, combining consumer technology, data science, and pethealth insights to help pet owners make better decisions throughout their pet’slife. We are seeking a senior commercial leader to scale direct-to-consumergrowth, strategic partnerships, and global go-to-market execution.

The Opportunity

This is not a traditional Head of Marketing role. You willown consumer acquisition, strategic partnerships, commercial growth, agencymanagement, APAC expansion, customer insights, and revenue planning. You willserve as a key member of the executive leadership team.

Core Responsibilities
  • Own D2C customer acquisition strategy across paid,organic, referral, influencer, partnership, and lifecycle channels.
  • Build and scale strategic partnerships across retailers, veterinaryorganizations, insurers, marketplaces, and pet industry leaders.
  • Manage and mentor the international Regional GTM Lead.
  • Oversee agency relationships across growth, creative, CRM, and analytics.
  • Drive revenue planning, forecasting, and growth strategy.
  • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Data Science to translate customer insights into roadmap priorities.
  • Establish scalable reporting frameworks and executive dashboards.
Success Metrics
  • Customer Acquisition Efficiency / CAC (30%)
  • Retention and LTV Improvement (10%)
Requirements
  • 10+ years in growth, partnerships, GTM, or commercialleadership.
  • Demonstrated success balancing D2C acquisition and B2B partnerships.
  • Experience managing agencies and cross-functional teams.
  • Data-driven decision making and analytical rigor
