Job Role:

Service Now Developer Location : USA Remote Visa: USC/GC-only with DL

Job Description : CAD certification is mandatory – Active

Key Responsibilities
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions on the Service Now platform
• Design and develop custom applications, custom rules, and platform customizations
• Configure and develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and ACLs
• Build and manage workflows using Flow Designer, including Flow Actions and Subflows
• Develop and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and Integration Hub
• Work on new module implementations and enhancements (ITSM and other Service Now modules as required)
• Ensure adherence to Service Now best practices, coding standards, and platform performance guidelines
• Support testing, deployment, and post-production stabilization
• Collaborate closely with architects, functional consultants, and stakeholders ----------------------------------------------------- Required Skills & Experience
• Strong hands-on experience as a Service Now Developer
• Solid experience in Service Now scripting (JavaScript, Glide API)
• Proven experience with Business Rules, customizations, and custom development
• Strong expertise in Flow Designer, Flow Actions, and automation
• Experience working on integrations (REST, SOAP, Integration Hub)
• Experience implementing or enhancing Service Now modules (ITSM preferred)

Job Description : CMDB:
Experience in Service now CMDB/AMDB processes. Experience in CMDB/AMDB data Model and configuration. Experience in CMDB assessment and data cleanup activity. Experience in Service catalog development Knowledge of CMDB Normalization, Identification and Reconciliation jobs. Experience in Service now customization. Integration experience using SOAP/Restful API. At least 2 years of experience in CSDM led CMDB implementation using Service Now platform. Experience in designing, development, and implementation of automated processes for gathering, populating, and maintaining CMDB data Experience in building CMDB health Dashboard and custom reporting Good written and communication skills.

Job Role:

Service Now Developer - AIOps Location : USA Remote Visa: USC/GC with DL

Job Description :
· Implement and configure Service Now AIOps, including: o Event Management o Health Log Analytics (HLA) o Agent client collector implementation and Metric Intelligence (MI) o Machine Learning–based anomaly detection
· Integrate monitoring tools (using OOTB Connector, REST API, SNMP trap etc) into Service Now.
· Design AIOps architecture, data flows, dashboards, and service health models.
· Configure alert rules, correlation logic, noise reduction policies, and service impact models.
· Develop automation workflows using Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and orchestration.
· Design Service Now Orchestration workflows and automation packs, and build automated remediation for common incidents
· Collaborate with Cloud, Dev Ops, and ITSM teams to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
· Conduct client workshops, requirement analysis, documentation, testing, and knowledge transfer.
· Proficiency in Service Now scripting (JavaScript); working knowledge of Python/Shell/Power Shell.
· Solid knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and ITIL processes.
· Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
· Excellent communication and client‑facing abilities.
· Service Now certifications (CSA, CIS‑ITOM, CIS‑Discovery, CIS‑Event Management) are good to have.
