Location: New York
SMCP NORTH AMERICA is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated entry-level Desktop Support Assistant in New York, NY. This role involves supporting daily operations for end users and assisting the Help Desk service covering over 160 stores.
The successful candidate will configure Windows desktops, provide technical support, and maintain documentation. A hybrid work schedule allows for flexibility, with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.
