We’re seeking an Exchange Operations Specialist to join our team and drive the future of digital asset trading. You'll be at the forefront of Bullish operations, ensuring the seamless and secure functioning of our NYSE-listed exchange. • Exchange and Client Excellence: fine‑tune the platform to make sure trading is fast and reliable, providing high‑quality support for institutional clients. By keeping the trading environment top‑notch, establish trust and grow the business.
• Trading Algorithm & Execution Support: engineer low‑latency algorithmic trading paths, scale infrastructure to handle millions of transactions during market spikes, ensure the trading algorithm can recover rapidly, and implement security measures to detect unusual trade bursts.
• Bridge Between Trading and Tech: serve as a critical link between sales, institutional clients, and technology. Collaborate with Product and Engineering to support new products and features, ensuring seamless integration into the live trading environment.
• Strategic Optimization: constantly hunt for opportunities to improve and automate. Lead projects to enhance client workflows and operational processes, directly contributing to platform efficiency, risk reduction, and scalability.
• Business Strategy with Data: build and maintain dashboards and reports that correlate deep technical metrics with key business KPIs, empowering the executive team to make data‑driven decisions.
• Uphold Market Integrity: partner with Finance, Risk, Legal, and Compliance to navigate the regulatory landscape, ensuring a robust governance structure across all exchange activities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience with 2+ years in a trading operations or trade support management role within digital assets, Fin Tech, or electronic trading.
• Strong background and deep understanding of trading, market structure, and the full order lifecycle.
• Experience in FX, equities, or derivatives is a huge plus.
• Technically proficient with hands‑on experience managing and troubleshooting complex electronic trading systems running in the cloud, comfortable diving into system logs, diagnosing issues, and working with engineers to resolve them.
• Proficiency and understanding of FIX protocol, APIs, and market data infrastructure strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with risk management, digital asset custody solutions, KYC/AML and cyber‑security best practices.
• Demonstrates strong critical thinking and a data‑driven approach with an ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

Bullish US LLC & Coin Desk Inc. are committed to offering competitive compensation and benefits. The anticipated base salary for this position is $140,000 - $175,000 plus discretionary annual target bonus and performance incentives/benefits. Offered salary will be reflective of job‑related knowledge, skills and commensurate experience.
