Associate Technology Consultant - Galaxy Graduate Program

In this role you will launch your career in the enterprise software world by joining the Galaxy Graduate Program as an Associate Technology Consultant. Over 12 months you will learn and deliver value to our customers while developing expertise across the Celonis value journey.

• Deploy high‑value use cases utilizing data analytics, data science, machine learning, and GenAI.
• Perform complex data transformations with SQL and Python to optimize data for analysis.
• Complete practical assignments across a variety of customer projects.
• Implement and configure the Celonis platform for customers.
• Communicate and collaborate directly with end customers to gather requirements and showcase deliverables.
• Collaborate with consultants and internal stakeholders to develop value‑driven operational solutions.
• Build out critical KPIs and integrate them into customer solutions.
• Develop Python scripts using the Machine Learning Workbench to consume, transform, and transmit data to the Celonis platform.
• Collaborate with teams such as Business Analytics, Business Apps, Product and Engineering, Solution Architecture, Celonis Support, and Academy & Global Programs.

• A degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a comparable program.
• 0‑2 years of experience in IT consulting, data science, or a similar field through internships or entry‑level positions.
• A strong interest in Big Data, Data Mining, LLMs, and Process Mining, with a willingness to continuously improve.

• Enjoy interacting with various customers.
• Understand and interpret business processes.
• Have analytical skills and a basic knowledge of SQL or other programming languages (Python, R, Matlab, etc.).
• Comfortable with steep learning curves.
• Can consistently work through challenging problems using critical thinking and resourcefulness.
• Be fluent in English.

Base salary range (New York): $83,000—$90,000 USD.
