About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Cloud Engineer to join our technology team. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for recent graduates or aspiring cloud professionals looking to build a career in cloud computing. No prior professional experience is required, though academic projects, certifications, or hands‑on cloud experience are highly valued.

• Assist in deploying, monitoring, and maintaining cloud‑based infrastructure and services.
• Support cloud migration, configuration, and optimization activities.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and security.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure and application‑related issues.
• Assist with cloud automation and infrastructure‑as‑code initiatives.
• Support backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes.
• Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with development, security, and IT teams on cloud‑related projects.

• Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of cloud computing concepts and services.
• Familiarity with at least one cloud platform such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Basic knowledge of operating systems (Linux and/or Windows Server).
• Understanding of networking fundamentals, including DNS, TCP/IP, VPNs, and firewalls.
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Power Shell.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

• Cloud certification such as AWS Cloud Practitioner, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900), or Google Cloud Digital Leader.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Cloud Formation, or ARM Templates).
• Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops practices.
• Academic, personal, or internship projects involving cloud technologies.
