We are seeking a Data Analyst to support reporting, data quality processes, analytical projects, and data‑driven decision making across the organization. This role will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure data accuracy, develop actionable insights, and support operational and strategic initiatives through analysis and reporting.

The Data Analyst will also support quantitative analysis and data‑informed planning to evaluate program effectiveness, monitor operational performance, and inform strategic decision‑making across schools and organizational functions. This may include analyzing trends, assessing outcomes of organizational initiatives, supporting enrollment and operational planning, and supporting academic and operational reporting processes such as report cards and progress monitoring.

The ideal candidate is analytical, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working with large datasets. This position is well‑suited for a professional with strong technical aptitude and an interest in data analytics, reporting, statistical analysis, and operational problem‑solving in an education setting.

• Create and maintain recurring reports, dashboards, and visualizations for operational and academic stakeholders.
• Support report card, progress monitoring, enrollment, attendance, assessment, and other school‑based reporting processes.
• Conduct analyses to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that support school and organizational goals.
