Sr. Business Analysis Manager - Strategy & Power BI

Location & Schedule

This position must be located in one of the following locations:
Bellevue, WA;
Overland Park, KS;
Frisco, TX; or New York, NY. The role is hybrid, requiring at least 3 days per week in the office.

The role delivers insights and supports leaders in making strategic and operational decisions through advanced data analysis techniques. The primary duties include generating analysis, reporting, and recommendations using statistics, data science, and business intelligence tools, and leading collaborative efforts across multiple teams to address complex modeling and analysis requests.

• Provide insights and recommendations to optimize experiences by collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
• Develop and maintain data and reporting solutions, including reports, dashboards, and self‑service tools.
• Apply analytical and modeling techniques to enhance decision‑making and prioritize resources across various business options.
• Create and deliver executive‑level presentations that clearly communicate complex analytical findings.
• Perform additional duties or projects as assigned by business management.

• Bachelor’s degree plus 7 years of related work experience OR advanced degree with 5 years of related experience (required).
• Acceptable areas of study include data analysis, data science, decision science, or similar quantitative fields or equivalent practical experience.
• 7–10 years of analytics experience solving problems using quantitative approaches (required).
• Reporting, performance analysis, and data visualization experience (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) (required).
• Advanced analytics including SQL analysis of complex datasets, competitive analysis, quantitative analysis, and research (required).
• Experience with Python, R, Go, or a similar statistics or data science language (preferred).
• Telecommunications experience (preferred).

Base pay range: $96,700 – $174,400. Corporate bonus target: 20%. Additional mandatory bonuses and incentives apply as described by company policy.
