IT Business Analyst, Systems Analyst
Role Overview
The Staff ERP SCM Systems Analyst serves as a functional authority and user side technical leader for Oracle ERP/SCM applications. The role acts as the voice of the business user, ensuring Oracle upgrades, new modules, enhancements, and ongoing system operations meet business needs, adhere to governance standards, and deliver a high‑quality user experience.
Responsibilities- Serve as a trusted bridge between business teams and IT
- Translate complex technical changes into clear, actionable guidance for users
- Proactively identify risks and improvement opportunities related to master data, sourcing, planning, and execution flows, reporting and analytics
- Evaluate new Oracle features and determine business applicability and risk
- Four‑year degree in a supply chain field
- Minimum six years experience working with Oracle Supply Chain Applications, with at least three years in a functional planning role
- Strong understanding of ERP and/or SCM processes such as Supply Chain Planning, Manufacturing Planning, Procurement/Purchasing, Product Information Management, Inventory Management or Order Management
- Proven experience working with the user community providing training and leading UAT or implementation activities
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess cross‑functional system impacts
- Ability to travel – 10%, overnight, globally
- Hands‑on experience with Oracle quarterly update cycles
- Familiarity with system governance, controls, and audit requirements
Fully remote. This position reports to the Director, Enterprise SCM Planning Systems and is part of the Supply Chain Center of Excellence, located in the United States.
Salary and BenefitsThe salary range for this role is $103,500 to $130,000. This position is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical, dental, vision insurance and retirement benefits to eligible employees.
