A rapidly growing AI technology company is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to transform data into actionable insights that drive product strategy, user growth, and business performance.
This role will work closely with leadership, product managers, engineers, marketing teams, and AI specialists to analyze user behavior, measure business performance, evaluate experiments, and support strategic decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities Product & User Analytics- Analyze user behavior, engagement, retention, and churn trends
- Build and maintain dashboards tracking key product and business metrics
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify growth opportunities and user experience improvements
- Develop user segmentation models and behavioral insights
- Identify characteristics of high-value users and opportunities to improve retention
- Design, analyze, and report on product experiments and A/B tests
- Partner with product and engineering teams to define success metrics
- Measure the impact of new features, onboarding improvements, pricing changes, and growth initiatives
- Ensure statistical rigor and clear interpretation of experimental results
- Build automated dashboards and reporting systems
- Define and monitor KPIs across product, growth, revenue, and operations
- Deliver regular business insights and performance reporting
- Translate complex datasets into clear recommendations for stakeholders
- Analyze AI performance metrics including quality, latency, accuracy, and cost efficiency
- Measure the impact of model updates and AI feature releases
- Partner with engineering teams to improve evaluation methodologies
- Monitor AI-related costs and identify optimization opportunities
- Analyze marketing channel performance and acquisition funnels
- Conduct retention, churn, and cohort analyses
- Support pricing, subscription, and monetization initiatives
- Evaluate onboarding, referral, and growth programs
- Ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy
- Improve tracking and analytics infrastructure
- Document reporting methodologies and metric definitions
- Support business stakeholders with ad hoc analysis and strategic recommendations
- 3+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Product Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field
- Strong SQL skills, including complex queries and data analysis
- Proficiency in Python or R
- Experience with BI and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis, experimentation, and A/B testing
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field
- Experience working with AI products, LLMs, or AI performance metrics
- Experience in SaaS, technology, or high-growth startup environments
- Familiarity with Snowflake, Big Query, Redshift, or similar data warehouses
- Experience with analytics platforms such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, Segment, or Post Hog
- Knowledge of subscription analytics, retention modeling, and revenue analysis
- Highly analytical and data-driven
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Comfortable translating complex data into actionable business insights
- Thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
