Position: Growth Marketing Lead (AI-native)
Location: New York

Job Summary

Universal Ads, a part of Comcast, is building the leading self-serve advertising platform for premium video. We are hiring a Demand Generation Lead to scale our inbound growth engine and own paid acquisition performance across digital channels.

Core Responsibilities
  • Scale the paid demand engine: audit & refine existing channel strategy, establish testing cadence & performance roadmap, allocate & optimize budget across channels, professionalize & scale existing work, interpret business analysis & communicate results to senior management.
  • Hands‑on channel management: personally manage and optimize paid search (Google), paid social (Meta, Linked In, Tik Tok), Reddit, You Tube, CTV platforms (including UA inventory), and SEO; may introduce new channels where ROI supports it.
  • AI‑driven iteration & messaging: own performance messaging and copy, use LLMs & AI tools (Claude, Cowork, growth plugins) to accelerate testing, design lightweight automations, build repeatable workflows that increase testing velocity, partner with GTM Systems to lead higher‑leverage automation.
  • Revenue‑aligned optimization: within an established lead‑scoring framework, optimize for qualified MQLs, account sign‑ups, converted spenders, higher‑value spenders, ROAS, CPA, CAC, and other key performance metrics.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience scaling self‑serve or PLG inbound.
  • Strong fluency across paid search, paid social, and digital video.
  • Familiarity with CTV ecosystems.
  • Proven track record improving performance metrics such as ROAS and CAC.
  • Comfort owning strategy and execution autonomously.
  • AI‑fluent and automation‑oriented.
  • Builder mindset: prefer to create solutions instead of waiting for reinforcement.
  • Equally comfortable launching campaigns and explaining strategic direction & tradeoffs.
Education

Bachelor’s degree preferred; alternative combinations of coursework and experience may be considered.

Relevant Work Experience

7–10 Years.

Benefits & Compensation
