Job Summary
Universal Ads, a part of Comcast, is building the leading self-serve advertising platform for premium video. We are hiring a Demand Generation Lead to scale our inbound growth engine and own paid acquisition performance across digital channels.
Core Responsibilities- Scale the paid demand engine: audit & refine existing channel strategy, establish testing cadence & performance roadmap, allocate & optimize budget across channels, professionalize & scale existing work, interpret business analysis & communicate results to senior management.
- Hands‑on channel management: personally manage and optimize paid search (Google), paid social (Meta, Linked In, Tik Tok), Reddit, You Tube, CTV platforms (including UA inventory), and SEO; may introduce new channels where ROI supports it.
- AI‑driven iteration & messaging: own performance messaging and copy, use LLMs & AI tools (Claude, Cowork, growth plugins) to accelerate testing, design lightweight automations, build repeatable workflows that increase testing velocity, partner with GTM Systems to lead higher‑leverage automation.
- Revenue‑aligned optimization: within an established lead‑scoring framework, optimize for qualified MQLs, account sign‑ups, converted spenders, higher‑value spenders, ROAS, CPA, CAC, and other key performance metrics.
- Experience scaling self‑serve or PLG inbound.
- Strong fluency across paid search, paid social, and digital video.
- Familiarity with CTV ecosystems.
- Proven track record improving performance metrics such as ROAS and CAC.
- Comfort owning strategy and execution autonomously.
- AI‑fluent and automation‑oriented.
- Builder mindset: prefer to create solutions instead of waiting for reinforcement.
- Equally comfortable launching campaigns and explaining strategic direction & tradeoffs.
Bachelor’s degree preferred; alternative combinations of coursework and experience may be considered.
Relevant Work Experience7–10 Years.
