- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of industry experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or production partners.
- Ability to travel for client meetings and training, as needed.
- Experience navigating complex, matrixed organizations (Cloud, GPS, LCS) to resolve critical roadblocks and manage high-level partner escalations.
- Deep understanding of the creative/production lifecycle, ad trafficking, Gen AI, and how asset production intersects with enterprise advertising.
- Ability to pivot seamlessly from high-level C‑suite relationship management to technical troubleshooting alongside Product and Sales Engineering teams.
- Comfortable discussing technical roadmaps, including API infrastructure, data handling, and AI‑enabled SaaS models.

As a Partner Lead in the Creative Tech 3PE team, you are the primary strategic and commercial owner for Google’s relationships with the world's most influential creative tech and production entities. You will manage these partnerships across both Global and US APCS (Large Customer Sales) markets, ensuring that global strategies are translated into high-impact local execution by working with local Creative Works and pGPS teams.
You will act as the "connective tissue" between a partner's Product and Engineering team and Google’s GTM, Product, gTech, and Cloud organizations. Your success is measured by partnership maturity: the depth to which these partners integrate Google Ads APIs and You Tube best practices into their proprietary workflows to drive creative quality and asset breadth and depth for our largest advertisers.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. US: $138,000 - $201,000 (USD) + 60% bonus target + equity + benefits.
