Position Summary
As a creative problem‑solving leader on the Core Solutions Consulting team, the candidate will have the chance to create solutions for the most valuable client problems. The Core (account) Solution Consultant is aligned to 2‑3 Account Executives (AE/NAM) as the technical lead and coordinates with a team of technical experts on DMe & DX to craft solutions and vision that pursue prospects’ most meaningful business problems.
Partnering with cross‑functional resources such as Product Marketing, Product Management, and Engineering, the consultant is the voice of the field and drives innovation for Adobe. The role tailors sales plays, use‑cases, and technical solutions that articulate the context and technical value of Digital Media solutions, including ongoing advancements in GenAI. The consultant works collaboratively with DX counterparts to showcase the end‑to‑end value of the Adobe Experience Platform.
Depth of technical knowledge of Adobe solutions is key to success and value to the team.
- Lead a pre‑sales technical team focused on development and implementation of complex products/applications/solutions with Digital Media (creative) technologies.
- Partner with the Adobe Account team aligned directly with the AE/NAM to set strategy, vision, and technical solution for Digital Media customer opportunities to maximize customer benefits and establish a baseline for value realization.
- Drive the technical ecosystem to understand the customer’s needs, match that to Adobe technology, and communicate the value that the solution will deliver to the customer.
- Coordinate key deliverables and programmatic artifacts to ensure the account reaches the sales goals and beyond, in coordination with the account team and specialist SCs (DX, DC, FF, Substance, Frame.io) when engaged by their Product Sales Specialists.
- Provide technical risk analysis, updates, and consult on other structural updates to the larger team/ecosystem.
- Self‑initiative and desire to learn new technologies.
- Excellent presentation skills, including storytelling and audience engagement; able to pivot the presentation to drive greatest value for the customer.
- Regular cadence with Account team to derive account strategy and information.
- Strong collaboration skills and deep understanding of the sales process.

- Account/activity prioritization skills, driving largest impact and outcomes.
- Drive discovery with both the client and Adobe team including white‑boarding and ideation.
- Domain Knowledge: demonstrated knowledge of the creative industry and its best practices; demonstrated knowledge of marketing systems and their applications in business.
- Technical
Skills:
understanding of Creative Cloud components such as libraries, Photoshop, Illustrator, Stock, 3D, Frame, InDesign, Acrobat and Express; knowledge of low‑code environments such as Power Automate, Workfront Fusion and/or Zapier; API knowledge desired; understanding of Adobe’s mobile and web applications (Fresco, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat); functional knowledge of MS apps across O365. - Ability to coordinate with an extended team of business, technical, and process experts.
- Must be able to build and deliver presentations, demos, and other documentation at the C‑level.

The U.S. pay range for this position is $178,200 – $289,000 annually. The range may vary by work location and may depend on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience.
In New York, the pay range for this position is $199,600 – $289,000.
