Title:
Actuarial Business Analyst
Requirement: 5+ Years of experience preferably in Insurance domain. Should have working experience with Underwriter & Actuaries
Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and pain points.
- Document functional and non-functional requirements for insurance-related systems and analytics solutions.
- Translate business needs into clear technical specifications for development teams.
- Analyze and interpret insurance products, underwriting processes, claims management, and regulatory compliance.
- Provide domain-specific insights to enhance system design and data models.
- Work with data engineering and analytics teams to design and implement data-driven solutions.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA), trend analysis, and predictive modeling to support business decisions.
- Utilize tools such as SQL, Python/R, Power BI/Tableau, and machine learning frameworks for insights.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management.
- Act as a liaison between business units, IT teams, and data science teams.
