Key Requirements
- Must have managed fixed-bid/fixed-fee projects exceeding $2M
- Strong experience leading platform implementations, application development, and migration programs
- Public sector experience strongly preferred
- IT Services & Consulting background required
- Strong executive stakeholder management and delivery governance experience
- 15–22 years of overall IT experience with significant leadership experience in enterprise delivery management.
- Proven experience managing fixed-bid/fixed-fee engagements exceeding $2M from the vendor/consulting side.
- Strong background in IT Services & Consulting organizations.
- Demonstrated success leading:
- Enterprise platform implementations
- Application development initiatives
- Application modernization and migration programs
- Experience managing complex public sector or government technology programs.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies including Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid delivery models.
- Expertise in delivery governance, financial management, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- PMP certification preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Public sector modernization programs
- Cloud migration and enterprise transformation initiatives
- Multi-vendor delivery environments
- Long-term strategic client engagements
